Rakuten

The Rakuten welcome bonus is $50 right now: join with Rakuten referral code REFERM14 (or the link rakuten.com/r/REFERM14), then place qualifying orders totaling $50 or more through Rakuten within 90 days, and you get $50 cash back. Rakuten calls it "Give $50, Get $50" because the friend who referred you earns a bonus too. The usual Rakuten sign up bonus is lower, so this is a good time to join.

Rakuten (formerly Ebates) is one of the longest-running cash back sites. When you shop through its app, browser extension, or links, the store pays Rakuten a commission and Rakuten shares part of it with you as real cash back, not points. It works at thousands of stores, including a standing Rakuten Lyft cash back offer on rides.

How to get the $50 Rakuten referral bonus

Sign up through the referral link or enter code REFERM14 when you create your account. Then shop through Rakuten until your qualifying orders reach $50 within 90 days. Gift cards and some purchases don't count, and the bonus is added once the orders are confirmed.

Is Rakuten legit?

Yes. Rakuten has paid members for over two decades and is owned by Rakuten Group. Cash back is paid out every quarter by PayPal or check once you have at least $5.01 in your account.
